Lüneburg Heath Nature Park Region Board of Trustees

Things go better when done together. Lüneburg Heath Nature Park is supported by a non-profit organization whose members and employees are constantly working to develop it further.

In Lüneburg Heath Nature Park, various interest groups work together on the development of their region. They implement projects to strengthen the regional economy, promote tourism and strengthen regional identity. On 15 June 2006, they founded Lüneburg Heath Nature Park Region Association. The Association promotes cooperation between municipalities. It is the facilitator and co-ordinator for the cooperation of all partners.

It has over 100 members: institutions from the fields of tourism, business, nature conservation, forestry and agriculture as well as municipalities and individuals. Through their cooperation they all support the common objectives set out in the Association's statutes.

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.
